boutiques and cafes down any given cobblestone passage and is an ideal base to visit the
rest of Paris. The Louvre museum, for example, is just a scenic 20 minute stroll and the
Place de la Bastille and the Rue de Rivoli are just a 9 minute walk. With the Chemin Vert
metro just four minutes from the apartment all of Paris is easily accessible to you. This
unhosted studio apartment is located on a very tranquil, small street with no traffic so
as to offer a quiet nights rest. There is one queen size bed or two separate twin beds, as
you prefer. An extra antique single bed can be prepared for a young child. This late 18th
century property has exposed beamed ceilings throughout. The ceramic tiled floor is
covered by Persian carpets that add to the eclectic décor. The kitchenette is equipped
for light cooking with a sink, fridge, cooker and microwave. There is also a dining room
and lounge decorated in a modern, yet classically tasteful style. A real rarity is the
cable TV with 20 channels offered here. There is also a phone for incoming calls. Outgoing
calls are made with a prepaid phone card. There is a library of books for you to read
while winding down at the end of a busy day. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and
has a bathtub with hand held shower and sink. The toilet is located separately up 10
steps. A hairdryer is also supplied for your convenience. As there is no host living on
site, there is no one to serve you breakfast. But you will find everything you need to
prepare breakfast in the fridge except for the fresh baguettes and croissants which you
can pick up at a local bakery.
